Product Description

1. The robot cladding workstation is a large-scale laser remanufacturing equipment independently developed by SDQY Laser based on industrial six-axis robots.
2. The equipment is mainly composed of a six-axis industrial robot, a horizontal rotary table, a two-axis positioner, a laser, a powder feeder, a cladding head and a man-machine interface control system.
3. The whole machine system is stable, easy to operate, easy to maintain, can be used for multiple purposes, and can realize the cladding of shaft surfaces, curved surfaces, and special-shaped parts.
4. The robot cladding workstation has complete functions, diverse performances, and strong versatility. It is suitable for laser cladding processing of simple surfaces such as shafts and planes, and also suitable for processing complex surfaces such as balls and curved surfaces.
